Shipping & Returns

We know what it’s like, once you’ve placed your order you want your gorgeous linens immediately!
While we’d love to magic them to you instantly, here’s a rundown of our timeframes from order to delivery.

Domestic Delivery

  • Once your order has been placed, we work as quickly as possible to get it on the way to you. Standard processing is 24-48 hours from receipt of order.

  • During busy times, Christmas and sale periods, we can experience some delays, but will keep you informed of these.

  • We work with NZ Post to get your linen to you as quickly as possible. 1-3 working days for our courier is standard, however if you are located in a rural area, add on 2-3 days.

  • As soon as your parcel is on the way, we’ll send out a tracking note so you can keep an eye on where it is.

  • Please note, once an order has been placed, we are unable to change your delivery address.

International Delivery

  • We work with DHL as our international courier, as soon as your order has been collected a tracking number will be emailed to you.

Returns

  • We’re happy to accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase, provided they are unused, unwashed and in the original packaging. Please email with any return or refund requests

  • A return courier option will be provided for NZ orders, international orders - please email katrina@katrinahobbsdesign.com and we’ll quote return shipping costs.
