Delivery timelines
Upon receiving your order, we aim to process within 48 hrs, during busy time, Christmas and the like we may need between 3-5 working days to process.

As soon as it's ready, we'll email a confirmation of courier tracking details to you.
Our courier for NZ is NZ Post overnight courier, please be aware that there are currently delays due to Covid restrictions.

Our international courier is DHL, we'll send tracking details to you via email as soon as the order is ready for shipment.

*Please be aware we are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses*

Returns & Exchanges 
We want you to be happy with every purchase you make from our store and we understand it can be tricky to be confident about your purchase without having seen the exact colour and quality of the product you're wanting to buy.

So we're making it easy!  There's no problem with returns or exchanges with any of our products & we'll cover the cost of the return.
With each online order you'll receive a return courier slip with all the details of how to send it back to us.

If for some reason you are not happy with your purchase, let us know within 14 days of receiving your order at katrina@katrinahobbsdesign.com and we'll arrange to either exchange your item, credit your purchase or give you a full refund.

Just make sure the item hasn't been worn or used, as we're unable to exchange, refund or credit goods that have been worn, used or washed.
